Job Description \ Location

Working with mobile mining equipment in a shop setting
  • Manufacturing of mobile mining equipment wiring harnesses
  • Fabricate when required electrical panels
  • Installation of mobile equipment dashes and wiring harnesses
  • PLC and other advanced or automation systems
  • Read blueprints, schematics and drawings
  • Repair of mobile mining equipment electric systems
  • High Voltage and Low Voltage Power and control systems
  • Knowledge of Electrical Safety Authority requirements

Work Experience

Licensed, Red Seal, Journeyman or Journeywoman
  • Mobile mining equipment experience is an asset
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling

Education \ Certification

  • Industrial Electrician Trade Certification

Wages \ Terms of Employment
