Job Description \ Location

This is a camp rotation position.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on mining equipment in a surface open pit setting or underground
  • Perform machine audits as required.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with machine operators and customer representatives.
  • Daily time entry.
  • Daily shift reports.
  • Other duties as assigned and required to maintain the contract.

Work Experience

  • Must have 2-3 years industrial mechanical experience
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Proven and motivated self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision but also can take direction
  • Strong team player driven to obtain 100% customer satisfaction

Education \ Certification

  • Licensed or experienced mechanic
  • Must have valid driver`s license

Wages \ Terms of Employment

Schedule rotation: varies from 7 days in, 7 days out to 14 days in 14 days out.
  • Up to $144,000 per year
  • Schedule rotation: varies from 7 days in, 7 days out to 14 days in 14 days out.
  • 12 Hour shifts
  • OT after 8 hours
  • All travel expenses paid by employer
  • Could lead to permanent position
  • Benefits to follow
